Ho Ho Ho!

Jack's First Christmas was spent with Dad's side of the family. Christmas Eve we went to Grammy and Grampy's where Jack got to open a lot of presents. He loves the Lobster that he got from Keith and Tammy and sucked on it for two days straight. Yummy!

Jack loved to pull open his gifts, the bags filled with tissue paper were his favorites. Everything goes right in the mouth!
He enjoyed time with Gramma Phyllis and the two of them dozed off on the couch after all the presents were opened.

Christmas Day we went to Gradma and Grampa house for a wonderful breakfast and then we all went to Shelley and Jonathan's house for a wonderful dinner.

Jack got to spend a lot of time with his Favorite cousin Avery...

Until she tried to take all Meema's attention away from Jack!

Jack had such a busy day that he fell asleep right before everyone opened presents so Mom and Dad opened them for him. Jack got his very own dirt bike from Johnny so they can all go riding together. This was Dad's favorite present!

Once Jack woke up, he gave it a test ride (we didn't tell him, or dad, that Avery tried it out first)! Jack thinks that he looks so cool!

I think that we will have to put training wheels on it first! Now Jack just has to learn daddy's dirt bike sounds. "Neing, neing, neing, neing!"

Another gift that mommy and daddy liked was their frame carrier. Mommy cleaned the house the morning after Christmas and found Jack asleep in the carrier after only 15 minutes!

FOOD!

We tried giving Jack semi-solid food for the first time right before Christmas. Jack kept spitting all the rice cereal out. What a MESS!
We initially attributed his spitting to him not being developmentally ready for solid food, but we soon came to realize that he was too "sophisticated" for boring rice cereal. He wanted the good stuff that Mom and Dad were eating. He now loves peas, carrots, squash and sucking on homemade pizza crust and zwibek toast (all with constant supervision, of course).

Under the Tree

We took a few pictures of Jack under the Christmas Tree. Here are a few of our favorites.

It's Snowing!

We had so much snow this weekend. Dad was outside Sunday making a snow tube luge track in our back yard. I had to go out and check it out! Mommy wouldn't let me go down though... maybe next year!

Christmas Shopping with Grandma Phee

Mom, Aunt Shelley, Marcia and I went shopping last weekend when the power was out because there was nothing else to do. We called Grandma Phee, and her and Aunt Kirsten joined us at Kohl's. I had a lot of fun riding around with Grandma. I think that she had fun too!

Because they are too cute not to post...

Jack loves his Johnny Jump-up. Even though he is only 3 1/2 months, he is really strong and enjoys the exercise! He has also taken a liking to "juicing" as you can clearly see in the 5th picture. It is too cute to see! If I could figure out how to put video up here, I'd show you...

Children's Christmas Party

My company hosted their annual Children's Christmas party last weekend. Santa comes and all the kids get a gift. This year there were 212 children!

Here are some pictures of Jack and his friends.

A little pick-me-up before we went to sit on Santa's Lap...

Jack did smile, but of course we didn't get that on camera... We got him yawning and trying to escape instead.

Gracie wasn't too thrilled about Santa this year.

Dylan and Jack C. weren't sure of the whole "Santa" thing, but went along with it anyways!

First's!

We all had a great Thanksgiving weekend in Syracuse. This was Jack's FIRST Thanksgiving. The holiday was also memorable because Jack rolled over for the first time! Yeah! But he also got his first cold. BooHoo.

Here are a few nice pictures from the weekend.

Molly is trying to show Jack how to roll over. "It's easy, Jack. Watch me!"

Jack is chatting with the handsome boy in the mirror! He is talking so much lately!

Bathtime in Grandma's sink.

Driving home, Jack was bored in the back seat by himself, so mommy got to squish in the back with him and Molly sat in the front.

My Baptism

My parents had me baptised this past weekend. Grandma Kathleen made my gown from my mom's wedding dress. She did a beautiful job!

Here are a few pictures from the day.

My Great Grandparents!

I was so good the whole ceremony, but afterwards I was a little annoyed
with all the camera flashes. Godmother Heather, don't take it personal!

Lots of people came to my baptism. My Uncle Greg came up from Florida to see me for the very first time! He is really nice, but I'm not so sure about his haircut! It kinda made me sick, all over him!

Lizzy came back from college in Boston to see me.

Jared was a little confused by the whole "church thing" but I think that he enjoyed the party!

My friend Gracie from daycare came to my party too! She had fun riding on my firetruck that Aunt Cheryl and Uncle Scott gave me.

Baptism Weekend

My mom's family came from Syracuse to visit me this past weekend. I really enjoyed all the time that I spent with everyone.

Here I am rocking in my rocking chair with my cousin Elaine.

My Godmother Courtney came up a day early to stay at our house. We had a lot of fun together.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful boy

A Nice Evening with Family

This picture was taken on a memorable evening in October when dad put out the heaters and we ate dinner outside. Molly enjoyed dinner too. You can't see me but I'm in front of Aunt Shelley!

Thanks for the picture Phyllis.

Volleyball

Last week we went to see Aunt Kirsten play volleyball. She did awesome! Jack had a good time and loved the music. Here are a few pictures from the night.
