A little pick-me-up before we went to sit on Santa's Lap...
Jack did smile, but of course we didn't get that on camera... We got him yawning and trying to escape instead.
Gracie wasn't too thrilled about Santa this year. 
Dylan and Jack C. weren't sure of the whole "Santa" thing, but went along with it anyways!
