We have a new Molasses Cookie Baker in the family!

And "Official Taste Tester"

Christmas Party

Last weekend was my company's Kids Christmas Party!
Jack had just woken up from a nap and was still dazed and confused when we got there. He sat on Santa's lap but wanted to make sure that we knew that he wasn't impressed!

Remember last year?
and again this year...

The pair of Jack's checking out their loot from Santa.

The day wasn't a compete wash... Jack did get to kiss Savanna!

Jack's First Haircut

Never before have I seen someone change so much so quickly, right before my eyes! Our Little Baby turned into our Little Boy last weekend when he got his first haircut!

He was very good sitting in the chair while the woman cut his hair.

He didn't like the trimmers though.

Our little boy!

October 2009

Phew this Month was BUSY! This first picture of Jack just about sums it all up! I tried to align these pictures in reverse order with the most recent first. I hope that you all can follow our busy month!

On Halloween, Mom and Dad took Jack up to WPI for Homecoming and their 5 Year Class Reunion. After a long day of running around the Quad and Dad's Fraternity BBQ, Jack was pooped! He was asleep before we got home and didn't wake up until morning! Needless to say, he wasn't up for Trick or Treating! Maybe next year!

Jack, acting like a BMOC! Class of 2030!

We did have a costume which he wore to Daycare for their party! A Monster/Alien, we weren't quite sure, but boy was he ever cute!!!

Daddy and Jared dressed up like Cop's for the White Halloween Party! What a fun time that was! Nice legs boys!

The weekend before Halloween, we went to the White's for Applefest 2009! Jack was all about the apples. He insisted on taste testing each and everyone before they were crushed for cider. Quality Control!

Picking Apples from the tree... i think.

Grandpa and Dad working the Apple Press!

Grandma Phyllis playing with Jack in the field! Run baby Run!

Trip to Syracuse!
The weekend of Oct 10th, mommy and Jack took a long weekend to Syracuse to spend time with Grandma Kathleen and Grampa Mike. We have a lot of fun and everyday was packed with a new fun filled adventure!

Thursday we went with Grandpa Mike to the Zoo! Our Cousin's Cortney and Delylah joined us and we bundled up for our adventure among the animals!
We stopped by the lion enclosure! The lions we right up next to the window. All that was separating Jack from the two loins was 10 inches and 1 inch of glass!!!
Delylah and Grandpa Mike liked the loins too!!!
Before we knew it, Jack was getting a lesson from the lions on the birds and the bees! Oh Brother!!
The next day, Grandma Kathleen and mom and Jack went to the Children's Museum of Science and Technology! Lots of cool buttons to push and games to play!
Grandma and Jack trying to play virtual Basketball in front of a green screen! It was very hard!
Mommy and Jack adventured into the giant jungle gym!
We climbed up ropes and through holes and down slides! What fun we had!
By the end of the day Jack was D-O-N-E! Melting quickly!
After rest and recuperation and a night out for the big people, the three of us adventured out again to the BIGGEST pumpkin patch EVER! Pumpkins of every color imaginable! We went out into the field to pick our own, these were just the already picked ones!!!!
In the barn Jack found the broom and went right to his duty of sweeping the floor! Why won't this dirt come up!?

They also had a bunch of farm animals, ducks, goats, pigs, cows! There was a 1000lb pig there! Enormous!

We had such a great time visiting with all of our friends and family!
Columbus Weekend Camp-out!
Columbus weekend we had "Wilson Cousin Camp Out" in the Wilson Woods. Although Jack and Mommy didn't stay for the night we all had a lot of fun around the camp fire!

The next morning we all reconvened for breakfast made to order on the cook top! Jack loved the burnt pancakes!! Yum!

Before we left the woods, we took a nice family picture on "Pride Rock" a beautiful spot overlooking the water.

Jack's cousin Avery came to visit and we popped them into the tub together after they ate! It lasted about 45 seconds total! Avery poured water on Jack and Jack was done! Oh well. We have the pictures as evidence anyways!

Before our Meema returned to the land of Sun and Fun in Florida, we had a nice dinner to send her off! This is a great picture of the two of them as the sun was setting over the water.

We hope that you enjoyed October as much as we did!!!

Lazy Morning!

Last Sunday morning we did absolutely nothing, which was wonderful. We all played with Jack's toys.

Being Silly!

What a beautiful Boy!

Dancing and being silly again!

Octoberfest

Boy, I just realized last night that it has been a while since I have had a minute to update Jack's blog. So for all of you faithful Jack Sefton Watchers, I apologize!

Oct 3rd we went to Hyland Orchard's with our good friends Heather and Jared. Hyland was celebrating Octoberfest with a great band and good food! And of course beer!

And the accompanying video.

Southwick's Zoo

Mommy's company hosted a Family Outing this past weekend. Unfortunately the camera was not packed (silly daddy...) but we did get a few great pictures from friends.

There was a baby giraffe born to the Zoo this year. He was just Jack's size! Look at his tounge licking the guy's brochure!

Jack was so excited to see a giraffe so close!

They have a pettign Zoo to where Jack fed the Goats...

And a merry go round where Jack and Jack had fun after lunch.

"Mommy, hold on with two hands!"
